​說起內耗，不少人都會回說「我都有」、「我很易內耗」，「我一直在想怎樣可以減少內耗」。我明白，更希望營造空間讓大家可以好好說內耗。

​在一場 「World Cafe」裡，並沒有演講嘉賓，因為我們相信每個人的經驗都是獨一無二，沒有誰比誰更重要。你的經歷或會啟發其他人，其他人的故事或會令大家有共鳴、引起思考。在這次「內耗自救大全」World Cafe，讓我們理解自己的內耗，也聽到其他人怎樣面對內耗這回事。無論你對內耗有甚麼想法，都歡迎你來到這個「世界咖啡館」。

「Breathing Room 呼吸空間」距離灣仔港鐵站只需兩分鐘的路程，是一個為企業家、初創企業和自由工作者而設的共享工作空間。
Only 2 minutes’ walk from Wan Chai MTR station, Breathing Room is a co-working space for entrepreneurs, small startups and freelancers.

​Breathing Room 同時是一個咖啡工作室，設有專業咖啡器 具，包括 Storm 濃縮咖啡機及其他器具，以供租用及會定期舉辦拉花和手沖工作坊。
Breathing Room is also a coffee studio. Equipped with professional coffee machines and tools, a venue for rent for latte art and hand drip, or even workshop and training courses.

☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？

• ​​世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。
  

• ​​第一部分：參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。
  

• ​​第二部分：所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發。由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。

• ​​7 pm 稍息及用餐 (自行準備)

• ​​7:30 pm-9:00 pm 世界咖啡館 第一部分：小組討論

• ​​9:00 pm-9:30 pm 世界咖啡館 第二部分：集體智慧

• ​​9:30 pm-10:00 pm 總結及交流

​💰 收費

• ​Standard: 每人$150。

• ​​Supporter: 如果您希望支持未來的世界咖啡館（我們將致力每月舉辦至少一場），可以選擇 $160 - $200 自由定價。

​🏃🏻‍♀️​🏃🏻‍♀️ 如果我晚上 7 點前無法到達怎麼辦？

• ​​不用擔心！我們知道工作和交通時間有時並不穩定。活動頭半小時(7pm-7:30pm) 是用餐及稍息的時間，你只需提早與我們溝通，並於晚上7:30前抵達參加「世界咖啡館」部分就可。

​​✨ 如果名額已滿，仍可以參加嗎？

• ​​你仍可報名但會被列入等候名單。如果在活動前有人告知無法出席，我會與您聯繫，以便您決定是否加入。如果沒有空位，會在日內全額退款。

☕ What is World Cafe?

• ​​World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together. 🌎☕️

• ​​In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.

• ​​There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.

• ​​After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.

​​📝 What can you expect?

• ​​7 pm Doors open. Bring your own food and kindly finishes it before 7:30pm

• ​​7:30 pm-9:00 pm World Cafe: Part 1 Small group discussion

• ​​9:00 pm-9:30 pm World Cafe: Part 2 Harvest

• ​​9:30 pm-10 pm Mingle + wrap up

​​💰What is the cost?

• ​​Standard: HKD 150 per person.

• ​​Supporter: If you wish to support future World Cafes, which we will endeavor to host monthly for the community, there is a flexible pricing option capped at HKD 200.

​​🏃🏻‍♀️What if I can't arrive by 7 pm?

• ​​No worries. We understand that work schedules can be fluid sometimes. The first 30 minutes are for us to freshen up and get ready. Kindly arrive before 7:30 p.m. to join the sharing session.
