This AI Salon will be about the guardrails we should set up for AI. Will guardrails hinder AI's benefits, or do "guardrails let you drive fast"? Is "driving fast" important, or should we have a longer time horizon in mind when deploying impactful technologies like AI? In short, what form of safeguards allows us to maximally benefit from AI while avoiding undue risk?
