

Becoming Your Own Best Friend: a meditation & DIY journaling workshop
Please join me at Black Cat Fables for a relaxing and empowering meditation and journaling workshop focused on self-compassion, emotional awareness, and inner resilience. Together, we’ll explore the basics of meditation, uncover how the inner critic shows up in our lives, and learn how to turn toward ourselves with care, especially in difficult moments.
This workshop includes guided meditation, thoughtful group reflection, and journaling exercises to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others. Each participant will learn how to make their own hand-stitched paper journal to use during the workshop!

All materials provided, including supplies to make a hand-sewn journal and pen

About Sana:
Sana is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher (CMT) based in Pasadena. Her teaching focuses on helping people bring more ease into their lives by understanding the nature of their minds and building a steady reservoir of self-compassion. Her classes are grounded, accessible, and engaging for people of all ages and experience levels.
