Workplace Climate Action Peer Network (part 1, session 2)

​This session is for those who have been accepted into the Workplace Climate Action Peer Network program. This is the second session of part focused on how to make "Your Job as a Climate Job."

In this 60-minute workshop, participants will evaluate and refine their climate action opportunities by assessing feasibility, impact, and required resources. Building on their Session 1 mapping exercise, they will set SMART goals for their top 2-3 ideas and create organizational power maps to identify key allies, stakeholders, and existing sustainability initiatives. Through structured strategy development, they will outline steps to secure buy-in, mapping necessary approvals and resources. By the end of the session, each participant will have a clear action plan with defined goals and a strategy for integrating climate solutions into their role.
