​About Pragya Srivastava

​Pragya Srivastava is a Senior UX Designer, sustainability advocate, and community leader with over nine years of multidisciplinary design experience spanning architecture, enterprise software, and B2B SaaS products. She is currently the CEO and Principal UX Designer at Ctrl + Design and serves as President of IxDA Houston. Pragya has made significant contributions to the global design community as a Top 10 ADPList Design Mentor, having guided over 60 UX designers through 3,000+ mentorship minutes, resulting in five successful job placements. She is also the cofounder of Yugen Space Designs, a design consultancy. Here she led a cross-functional team and delivered end-to-end design solutions to 48 clients across eight countries, boosting firm revenue 7x through SEO optimization and impactful digital strategy. One of her standout projects includes designing an inclusive school environment for children with dyslexia, which received acclaim from UNESCO chairpersons.
