EA Amsterdam social

​Whether you're new to Effective Altruism or have been involved for years, you're warmly invited to an evening of connection, curiosity, and conversation.

​We’ll kick things off at 19:30 at Roeterseiland (room TBA) with some light snacks, drinks, and a set of fun and thought-provoking discussion prompts in small groups. Then we’ll bring everyone together for an EA-themed game of “Would You Rather?”, with dilemmas inspired by global priorities, moral trade-offs, and the future of humanity. Expect laughter, debate, and maybe a bit of existential puzzling.

​Afterward, we’ll head to CREA Café (20:30) to keep the conversations flowing over drinks (available for purchase).

CREA Café is just a 3-minute walk away.

We’ll provide some snacks and drinks during the event. At CREA, everyone is welcome to buy their own drinks.

​👥 Come as you are:
Whether solo or with friends and no prior EA experience is needed. This is a relaxed, low-barrier way to meet others who care about doing good effectively.
