Hack Schedule:
9–10am: Breakfast + Team Formation
10–11am: Opening remarks, rules, and fireside chat with Gabe from Anthropic and Alex from Stainless
11am–5pm: Hacking
5–6pm: Group presentations + Judging
6–9pm: Happy Hour with NYC tech community (Top 3 teams present)
