​​​​​Join us at Alo Lakeside Shopping Center for a Recovery Wellness Walk in partnership with Romney Studios to celebrate the grand opening of our new Alo Sanctuary at Lakeside Shopping Center in Metairie, LA!

​Led by Romney instructors Annie Taylor + Sarah Braud this walk is all about slowing down, setting intentions, and finding balance through mindful movement and meditation. It’s a chance to release stress, reconnect with yourself, and be with community.

​​​Bring a friend + share some love as we move slower and uplift one another—together. (Please make sure everyone pre-registers)
