Mark Emil Hermansen, Founding Partner at Kost Capital
Mark is a food industry entrepreneur with a background in product development, and strategy. He is the co-founder of Empirical, a groundbreaking flavor company based in Copenhagen. Previously, he was the concept manager at Noma and head of development at MAD, the non-profit founded by Noma chef René Redzepi. He holds a degree in social anthropology from Oxford University, with a focus onthe notion of terroir.

Noa Shamay, Principal at Cardumen Capital
Noa is a Principal on the Investment Team at Cardumen Capital. Prior to working at Cardumen Capital, she worked as a Financial Analyst at Numercis, an economic and financial Israeli consulting firm. There, she assisted in writing an expert opinion on anti-trust, economic regulation, and competition to the court. Noa completed her military service in the prestigious 8200 Intelligence Unit as an honors soldier. Noa holds a degree in Economics and Data Analysis from IDC Herzliya.
