Shake it Off: A 6-Week Journey into Neurogenic Tremoring (TRE)
This is your invitation to come home to your body.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore the transformative practice of Neurogenic Tremoring—a natural, body-led way to release stress, tension, and trauma stored deep in the nervous system.
Whether you’re new to TRE or ready to deepen your relationship with it, this series is designed to help you feel safer in your body, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Through guided exercises, embodied education, and community reflection, you’ll learn how to safely activate your body’s innate tremor response and listen to the subtle wisdom it offers.
Each session includes:
Gentle fatigue-based exercises to prepare the body
Guided tremor sessions to support safe release
Nervous system education (polyvagal theory, trauma physiology, somatic tools)
Integration time, reflection prompts, and optional sharing
Who it’s for:
Anyone curious about somatic healing, stress release, or deepening embodiment. Especially helpful for those navigating burnout, chronic tension, emotional fatigue, or trauma recovery. All bodies and experience levels welcome.
