About Event

Are you a high school student passionate about tech, teaching, or making an impact this summer? Join us for the first TeachTech Info Session — a virtual event introducing our Summer Youth Program, where students become tech educators, leaders, and change makers in their communities.

TeachTech is a student-led initiative where teens teach teens — offering free, peer-led tech sessions designed to build skills, confidence, and community. This summer, we're launching exciting volunteer opportunities for high schoolers to get involved, grow, and make a real impact — no prior experience is required, just passion and commitment.

What to Expect:

  • 👩‍🏫 Overview of TeachTech’s Summer Youth Program and what makes it unique

  • 🚀 How to get involved as a student teacher, learner, or community leader

  • 🎯 Details on roles, training, and support provided throughout the summer

  • 💬 Hear directly from our Co-Founder, Deepa Subramanian

  • 📢 Announcement of 2 open Volunteer Coordinator positions — a chance to lead, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing, youth-driven tech initiative!

  • 🤝 Q&A and networking opportunities for students, parents, and supporters
