​Slow Night and CF Sherway Gardens invite non-artists, bad artists, and burnt out creatives for a chill still life sketch session. Come explore your creative side in a low-pressure environment with like-minded people!

​Come as you are with good vibes and an open mind, we'll provide all art materials and some guidance! We welcome all skill levels, but especially beginners.

​We’ll be sketching tabletop still life arrangements together, with a quick intro and warmup to get you started. This session is shorter than our usual workshop, but it's still a great way to make something with your hands, clock some screen-free time, and take a quick break from shopping ;)

​What to expect:

​🖍️ All art materials provided

​🌀 Workshop cadence: We’ll lead you through warm-up exercises and quickly cover some basics (~15 mins), then you’ll be free to sketch as you please (~35 mins)

​Things to note:

​Age:
Attendees should be aged 16 or older, and minors under 18 need to be accompanied by a legal guardian.

​Media release:
We take photos and videos at our events for marketing purposes, so if you attend, you or your work may be recorded. By attending, you confirm that you’re cool with that, and that you won’t hold us (or the companies we partner with) responsible for any damages.

​Abandoned artwork:
If you leave your artwork at the end of the night, we may use it. If you want to retain your rights under the Copyright Act, please take your art home with you or let us know before you go. We will never claim authorship of abandoned artwork.
