Catalina Valenzuela is the CEO of Innovus Consulting, specializing in designing and implementing capacity-building solutions for organizations in the USA and Latin America. With over 20 years of experience in developing training programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion, she is currently leading a gender mainstreaming strategy for two climate action accelerators financed by EIT Climate KIC, which supports up to 50 new ventures annually.

Sheri D. Reid
Sustainability Consultant
A dedicated sustainability practitioner, strategist, and mentor, Sheri champions equitable access to green energy and decarbonization. She empowers diverse clients to implement sustainable growth strategies, securing over $750,000 in utility incentives. Certified in multifamily building analysis and skilled in agile project management, she serves on the Mid-Hudson Energy Advisory Committee, advocating for equitable community engagement research initiatives. Sheri's passion for art, entrepreneurship, and education converge in her vision of leveraging nature-based design to create a more environmentally and socially just world.

Sobia Rehan

Sobia Rehan is an architect with three years of experience, holding a master’s degree in building services. She has conducted impactful research on passive daylight technology, focusing on the adoption of solar energy methods. Sobia is passionate about sustainable architecture and integrates innovative technologies into her designs to create environmentally friendly, energy-efficient buildings.

Bodine has always been fascinated by the human brain, the motivations behind people's actions, and the natural world. These interests shape her professional life, where she consistently strives for sustainability in her work. Her goal is to increase employee engagement and foster a culture of sustainability.
