​This session will provide a comparative look at the U.S. and EU legal systems with a focus on how biotech companies can proactively navigate the full IP lifecycle—from patent prosecution to potential litigation. Anna Blöchinger (Vossius) and Til Schlotter (UNOMR) will share tactical insights, common pitfalls, and cross-border case studies illustrating what can go wrong (and right) when defending innovation globally.
