Most international students figure out money, jobs, and campus life after landing in the U.S. — often too late.

This session is your chance to get ahead.

Sara Schmitt is COO and Cofounder at Adro. Previously, Sara worked in program and product management at Amazon and Epic, and got her start as a media planner and copywriter in advertising.

Sara currently lives in NYC and is also an active graduate-level educator and mentor. She mentors founders and builders launching high-growth businesses, and teaches project management and system analysis, and design at Yeshiva University and Baruch College.

Who is this for?
🎓 International students based in the U.S.
🎓 Students moving to the U.S. in Fall 2025
🎓 Anyone trying to figure out money, resumes, or professional networking in a new country

What you’ll learn:
✅ How to budget and manage your finances from day one
✅ How to build a resume and tell your story as an international student
✅ How to network with purpose (even if you’re shy or new)
✅ How to adapt to the U.S. classroom and culture
✅ What no one tells you about surviving — and thriving — in your first year

This will be a 100% candid, no-fluff conversation — half moderated Q&A, half open session where you can ask Sara your real questions.
