​Sara Schmitt is COO and Cofounder at Adro. Previously, Sara worked in program and product management at Amazon and Epic, and got her start as a media planner and copywriter in advertising.  

​Sara currently lives in NYC and is also an active graduate-level educator and mentor. She mentors founders and builders launching high-growth businesses, and teaches project management and system analysis, and design at Yeshiva University and Baruch College.

​About the host:
Tabarak Rehman is a Vice President at AlixPartners in the Turnaround & Restructuring practice. In December 2024, he ran 1,000 miles across Pakistan in 35 days to raise awareness about 26 million out-of-school children in Pakistan. He holds a CFA charter and a Master’s degree from Northeastern University.
