Bay to Breakers - Run/Jog/Dance Party

If you've never participated in the city-wide celebration that is Bay to Breakers before, boy are you in for a treat!
About the race:
Bay to Breakers is an annual race that starts in the Embarcadero neighborhood by the San Francisco Bay, and takes you through nine of the city’s most notable neighborhoods—all the way to the Great Highway, where the breakers crash into Ocean Beach.
This unique race is a celebration of life, laughter, and the personality of San Francisco. The entire city dresses up to run/jog/walk/dance their way through the race course, and most people finish at the panhandle where all the houses open up for a full scale block party. It isn't an understatement to say that this is the best day of the year in SF.
What to wear:
All Tribe members and friends are invited to gather for this race and dress up for our theme - 90's kids shows.
Rocket Power, Wild Thornberries, Spongebob, Scooby Doo, The Amanda Show, Power Puff Girls, etc. -> come channel your inner kid and let it loose!
Schedule:
We'll meet at 8.30AM at Main St and Howard St and run/jog to the panhandle, with many entertaining stops along the way.
If you want to skip the walk/jog/dance and meet us at the Panhandle, we'll transition into a park hang once we finish.
What to bring if you're going straight to the park:
I recommend bringing a water bottle but not necessary.
What to bring if you're going straight to the park:
Your own blanket/chair.
Some beverages and/or snacks to share.
Park toys and games.
Things to keep in mind:
No need to register for the official race unless you're planning to run the whole thing and clock your time. If you're not registered, you just need to let the registered runners start before jumping on the course, which won't be an issue because they start at 8AM and we're meeting at 8.30AM.
Ubers are notoriously difficult to get on this day.
This day is madness. Be ready to see all kinds of stuff.
