​“Talk to your customers” – it may be the most commonly given advice for founders. And it’s true – talking to your customers (or your desired customers) is a proven way to ensure your business won’t flop. But not all customer conversations are created equal. And rarely does anyone tell you how to follow this advice effectively.

​In this workshop you’ll learn how to supercharge your conversations with your audience using the right questions and effective interviewing techniques. You’ll build questions and practice interviewing in real time, so you get feedback and a chance to practice what you’ve learned. This is a hands-on workshop, so come prepared to participate.
