​A ceremony for the soul. This journey is an invitation to breathe, restore, and balance your energy so you can reconnect with the most aligned and vibrant version of yourself.

​Francesca and special guest Yuj will guide you through a journey into your subconscious to access deeper states of awareness. We will begin with gentle yogic breathwork into a 3 part breathwork, followed by a Shamanic journey/meditation into your subconscious. Ending in a sound meditation that will leave you feeling rested, clear and deeply connected to your most authentic self. Sound has been used for its therapeutic qualities for centuries. Participants will be guided through an experience of vibration, visualization, and vocalization to prepare for deep listening.

This practice is an ideal energetic self-care practice for the ending week.

​Francesca Valarezo is the founder and creator of SHAMANEK, an NYC sound, yoga and holistic healing community founded on the belief that all beings have the ability to co-create their well being. She is a yoga, breathwork, sound facilitator and shamanic journey guide with over 12 years of experience teaching and guiding group and private practices. Originally from Ecuador, Francesca's desire to heal led her to train in yoga therapeutics, Katonah yoga, breathwork, Reiki, shamanism, and recently complete her 100 hour sound meditation training. She is a natural seeker and wants to share her experience with you. Francesca specializes in a holistic approach, incorporating her life experience and her in-depth training across all yogic and healing principles to create an environment for transformation.

​​Yuj is a somatic alchemist and self-mastery artist. He is a multidisciplinary creator devoted to exploring the nature of integration, embodiment, authenticity, and transformation. He has cross-pollinated the realm of music, science, math, and art to share an insightful experience in immersive people in movement and sound workshops and performances. Yuj is most known for his unique capabilities in music and storytelling that your soul remember forever.
