This year we have events across 30+ countries and 80+ locations!
Nefeli and Maria are hosting a classic Milanese aperitivo with relaxed conversation and prompts designed for connecting with fellow generalists. Share experiences, exchange helpful advice, and enjoy the perfect Italian evening tradition while building Milan's generalist network.
What is a generalist? Professionals who apply their skills across multiple domains, connect disparate ideas, or serve as "translators" between different teams and disciplines. If you've ever felt your career doesn't fit in a single box, this celebration is for you.

Your Co-hosts
Nefeli is a marketer who produces films on the side, is a nail technician for family and friends, makes baked goods in her free time, and paints whenever she can. Maria is a workplace culture strategist and founder of Nomad Pass. She designs team-building retreats and experiential company offsites, is a mom of two, and loves organizing creative activities for kids.
Their favorite part about being generalists? Being able to draw from different experiences and skillsets to find the best solution to any problem. As they share: "We're most excited about meeting fellow generalists and growing our network in Milan."

E' mamma di due, ama viaggiare e organizzare attività creative per bambini.
La parte preferita dell’essere generalist? Poter attingere a esperienze e competenze diverse per trovare la soluzione migliore a qualsiasi problema.
