Our first crawl is 12/11/2024 from 7:30-9pm in Seattle’s famous University District.
Located steps away from the University of Washington, this neighborhood features some of the cities most flavorful and cheap eats around. We have curated a food crawl that will leave you coming back for more.
Stop 1: Mee Sum for a Seattle classic! We recommend trying one of their beloved pastries.
A popular local joint that opened in 2007 and started as a boba cafe. Mee Sum has since expanded to offer many delicious restaurant meals and appetizers. You may have tried their famous stand at Pike Place Market. This was an easy choice for stop number one!
Stop 2: Seattle Best Boba for a refreshing beverage! They have endless options
Joe Hsu & Lydia Lin founded their tea shop in CID 28 years ago! They have since expanded to the UDistrict where the deep and delicious flavors of their products shine through the city. With over 20 boba shops lining the streets of the neighborhood, you can easily taste the quality that sets Seattle Best Tea apart. Along with their famous teas, they also feature ice creams made with the same drool-worthy flavors. Come see why they have been featured in MANY Seattle food awards!
Stop 3: Master Bing for the most flavorful Chinese street food. Like a crepe, but way better!
This women owned restaurant features an extensive menu of tasty jianbing. Never had one before? It is a traditional, savory, Chinese street food, from the villages of Northern China. Pick from a variety of fillings to make your perfect jianbing (and DON’T forget the wontons for a crispy addition!) Prepare to be addicted.
