Sleep is more than getting in a few solid rem cycles. Rituals before hitting the sack and around awakening all help us sleep our way to success. 

Explore what's keeping you up at night with a group of like-minded peers.

Sleeping Your Way to Success

Values drive our behavior and can change as we grow. This values prioritization experience will guide us to uncover which values are most important to us and how we can live them out every day. Some questions we'll dive into:

Exploring Your Values

In a mood and craving food? Or is your food causing your mood? We'll explore how our eating habits affect our mood, and how we can be more mindful and intentional about what we consume. Some things we'll dive into:

Just because you "can't draw" doesn't mean you're not creative. Creativity lives in all of us and manifests in different ways. We'll redefine what creativity means to us and understand how we can amplify our own creativity. 

We will have a future session about taking chances on creativity that is a great follow-up to this session - more to come!

Emotions exist in everything. We will explore how we exercise emotional mindfulness and how our emotions motivate our behaviors. Some questions we'll explore are:

WTF is a "future-spective" you ask? It's like a retrospective, but for the future 👀 This weekly session is meant to help you make moves on that goal you've been procrastinating on...but haven't...and future-proofing your goals by breaking down what could get in your way.

We'll get to the root of what emotions might be causing you to continually put something off so you can start to create an action plan to poop on your procrastination 💩

WTF is a "future-spective" you ask? It's like a retrospective, but for the future 👀 This weekly session is meant to help you make moves on that goal you've been procrastinating on and future-proofing your goals by breaking down your blockers.

We hear the term "burnout" all the time - but what is it? How do you feel it? What does it mean to you? Define your burnout and start to break it down in order to build up your anti-burnout lifestyle. Sample questions we'll dig into are:

Emotions exist in everything. We'll explore how we share our feels and why some emotions are hard for us to express. Some questions we'll ask ourselves are:

We'll explore how society, basic needs, and systemic pressures all affect how we spend our time and contribute to burnout.

Plus, explore what's keeping you up at night and how emotions might be at the root of your sleep success.

Sleep Your Way to Success

It’s not you, it’s them. Burnout is a result of multiple interrelated factors -- some obvious, others less so. 

Deconstruct the systems (or lack thereof) that are contributing to your burnout and explore what you can do about it. Is it industry culture? Company culture? Society? All of the above?
