We will be hosting monthly meetups in strategic locations throughout the city in preparation for our bid to become the first local 

 of Vlinder is going to guide us through a 10-minute structured enquiry to explore "the source of it all". Martin is an x-Googler who currently leads Sales and Partnerships at Vlinder and is the founder of Happy Home Ventures.

This is a community for people who recognize the challenges we face as an opportunity to build a better world. This is for people who see climate change and think of regeneration—biodiversity collapse and think of life—social injustice and think of solidarity...

For those of you who don't know, 'ReFi' is a term that refers to the 'Regenerative Finance' movement that is the combination of two unique sectors:

ReFi has exploded over the last two years with the launch of 

 was founded in 2017. Today there are hundreds of startups looking at how to use cutting edge technologies such as blockchain, AI, remote sensing, satellite imagery and open science to solve the most pressing challenges of our time.

This first meetup will be an important event in growing the regenerative finance movement in one of the world's most pivotal web3 and sustainability hubs—Lisbon.

ReFi Lisboa — Kick-off! 🎉

We are super excited to host our second monthly gathering on March 23! After a sold-out event at Startup Lisboa on Feb 17, we're building on the initial success and going deeper into the vision of regeneration.

This first meetup was a huge success! And every meeting afterward will be an important event in growing the regenerative finance movement in one of the world's most pivotal web3 and sustainability hubs—Lisbon.

ReFi Lisboa — Emergence

ReFi Day at Poolside is a day-long event hosted by ReFi Lisbon, impactMarket, and friends on April 11th from 08.30 to 23.59. It’s an immersive tour through the story of regeneration as we redesign our value systems to take care of people and the planet finally.

The Morning Session promises to be a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. The session will start at 8.30 am with a curated breakfast and coffee provided by the partner restaurant Cobaia.

After that, attendees will participate in a rejuvenating yoga, breathwork, and meditation session to release stress, improve mental clarity, and prepare their minds and bodies for the day ahead.

Together with Green Pill, ReFi Lisboa is hosting a day-long Activation Station to get new donors, match funders and projects onto Gitcoin! Come with your phone or laptop, a debit or credit card and an intention to support some amazing projects!

Gitcoin is a powerful online platform and vibrant community that has funded over $50M worth of open source software, climate solutions, decentralized science and other impact initiatives. The problem is, most people and organizations don’t know how to get onto Gitcoin and therefore can’t access the funding! It requires a high technical ability most people don’t have…

That’s where in-person activation stations come in.

It’s like a polling station, but instead of casting a vote on a ballot you show up to a co-working space or other community venue in your city and get support from experts who can help you get setup in Gitcoin in less than 30 minutes.
