" we heard the most common theme was feeling undervalued and loss of meaning, purpose and energy.

Amanda, our community (inner space) nurturer, is therefore hosting an exclusive body centered workshop.

If feeling undervalued is what you are experiencing at your work, and causing frustration, fatigue and/or stress - this is the session for you, where we take a look at how your body (unconscious) can support you in feeling valued. 

Fact: 95% of our behaviour patterns are driven by our subconscious/unconscious emotions (empathy, apathy, compassion, fear, anger) and reptilian brain (fight-flight-freeze-fawn). Which leaves only 5% of our behaviours in any given moment to be driven by our conscious mind (rational).

Bring your whole self to this workshop, it will be experiential - so no driving and listening please!

, you are invited to join a LIVE event where you get to meet with John and get clarity on any questions you may have on discovering the value of your work.

Self-worth Safari: Exploring our Inner Space

There are many types of transition: in work, geography, relationships, life-stage… and often many of them happen together! 

It can be a vulnerable time for self-esteem. 

As we leave behind the old familiar landscape, we often leave behind the “markers” that defined our relationship with ourselves. For example, when we leave an old job, we may leave old friends and the sense of connection they gave us. Or a manager may have to give back that company car that defined their success. 

When we get to the other bank of the river, there will be new markers of success and fulfilment. But when we are crossing the river and trying to navigate the currents, our only ally our self-worth i.e. a sense of unconditional friendship with ourselves.
