"Founders' Run" @ JAPAN RAIL CAFE - With folks in tech, startups and investors

Sunset PT is a Special Forces tradition, where we gather to workout from sunset to night fall. 

Tactical Athletes (TactAthletes) are urban warriors who live by the ethos of camaraderie, mental resilience and never-say-die attitude. We gather at ELXR Company Line in Aljunied and train, sweat and bond with fellow TactAthletes over a structured cardio, strength and conditioning program, in small groups. 

The ELXR Company Line is modelled after a military barrack for the authentic "boot-camp" experience.

Regression is provided for newbie athletes, while seasoned TactAthletes will be challenged to make it worth your while to join us.

Bag drop, hydration and shower facilities are provided as part of the stipend. Feel free to chat over dinner together thereafter (at own cost).

This is a PAID IRL event. Membership runs on a monthly basis with up to 2 classes in a week.

"Quantic Fitness Club" is an official Quantic student-led club under the Quantic School of Business and Technology. We are the Social Fitness Exercise Club of Quantic! We meet for regular runs, rucks, badminton, HIIT, yoga and any fitness activites under the sun - so we can get fit physically, mentally and socially at the same time! Now that's efficiency.

Kids are the future pillars of our nation - and having physically fit and mentally resilient kids is an investment which will reap rewards years down the road.

In our SF (Special Forces) Kids Camp, we attempt to build a fraternity of young Tactical Athletes (TactAthletes), who are both strong in their body and mind, spirit and heart. TactAthletes are urban warriors who live by the ethos of camaraderie, mental resilience and never-say-die attitude. 

Expect authentic Special-Forces experience, where our young TactAthletes will buddy up with their comrade for the day, as we form a squad to achieve mission success together.

Travel light as we will be bringing along our gear wherever we go - there are enemies who will be tracking us, and we need to leave no trace behind.

SF Kids Camp - Building a fraternity of young Tactical Athletes - MORNING SESSION

SF Run Club is unlike your normal run clubs. Expect lung-bursting sprints on flat ground or slopes, in tactical pants. Or even with a weighted vest at times. 

Tactical Athletes (TactAthletes) are urban warriors who live by the ethos of camaraderie, mental resilience and never-say-die attitude. We gather at various locations around Singapore, as we run or ruck with load, and build indomitable spirit and unparalleled fitness, in small groups.

Once a month, on weekends, the fraternity of Tactical Athletes will gather to run at different areas around Singapore, with unknown distances, routes and unknown destinations. This sense of unknown is meant to build mental resilience - as we become comfortable being uncomfortable. 

After the run, feel free to bond over food and drinks, with your newly found buddies.

For 792 Eagles, we'll do some IPPT training together followed by bonding over breakfast together. It's going to be awesome :)

"Founders' Hike" is an intermediate level hike where we walk a distance of 10-30km on regular weekends (Sat/Sun), aiming to cover the entire circumference and internals of Singapore. There will be interesting pit-stops along the way as we tour around Singapore!

Each session is about 4-7 hrs, and we aim to start as early as 0730hrs so that we can end by lunch time. Please bring along your change of clothes, comfortable walking shoes, some snacks and drinks, and of course your fully charged mobile phone and cash/credit cards. Also bring along a Ziploc bag to waterproof your items in case of rain.

A special edition T-shirt will be available for purchase to mark our achievement during the final Graduation Hike.

For this hike from our Singapore "Founders' Hike" Series, this will take us through the Central Catchment Area of Singapore, travelling from Macritchie Reservoir to Rifle Range Road, the foothills of Bukit Timah Hill, and eventually ending off at Dairy Farm Nature Park.

The total distance taken for this hike will be approximately 12km, taking 3-4 hours from 0730hrs - 1130hrs.

The total distance taken for this hike will be approximately 24km, taking 5-6 hours from 0730hrs - 1330hrs.

We will then head back to Raffles Marina, where the iconic Raffles Marina Lighthouse is. Take a nice photo with Raffles Marina Lighthouse, with the Tuas Second Link as backdrop!

The total distance taken for this hike will be approximately 20km, taking 5-6 hours from 0730hrs - 1330hrs.

For our Hike 6 of 8, this will take us from the western part of Singapore, Joo Koon MRT, to Lamp Post 1 in Tuas South. Lamp Post 1 is one of the most iconic lamp post in Singapore, where you can officially paste stickers on it without going against the law! We will then head back to Raffles Marina, where the iconic Raffles Marina Lighthouse is. Take a nice photo with Raffles Marina Lighthouse, with the Tuas Second Link as backdrop!

I﻿t's our Public Holiday Special on Vesak Day!

O﻿n top of our regular "Founders' Run" and "Founders' Hike", we do have SPECIAL one-off Social Fitness activities during public holidays, just to mix things up a little.

Advocating Fitness for Founders, we network through fitness activities, get healthy, and chat as we sweat and have fun together!

"﻿Founders' Climb" is an ELXR initiative, as part of our "Fitness for Founders" Series. We work with various partners to deliver quality events for the startup community.

For our Vesak Day Special, we are heading to Climb Central @ Funan for our Founders' Climb. Fully indoor and air-conditioned, we will try and learn to boulder, rock climb and have fun as we enjoy the public holiday together. This activity is totally beginner-friendly, as there are some of us who had never climb before!

T﻿his activity is self-expensed, cost is around S$37.80 including the rental of climbing equipment (harness and climbing shoes).

Just turn up in your casual attire, bring along a set of tights/shorts and t-shirt, and we're good to go!

Y﻿ou may also join in the dinner after the climb, as we chat casually and catch up.

For our Hike 5 of 8, this will take us from the northern part of Singapore, Marsiling MRT, through Kranji Dam, to the lesser known farms of Singapore near Neo Tiew. After a brunch break at one of the farms near Lim Chu Kang, we will proceed to hike on a part of the Lim Chu Kang Road which also serves as an emergency runway. We will then end off the hike with lunch at a rustic Australian cafe which takes after a farm. It's A FARM DAY for our hike!
