This July, Gitcoin introduces Schelling Point Sessions: community led conversations on technology, culture and positive change for people and planet. 

While in the spirit of the Schelling Point conference that people have come to know and love, these sessions are for smaller groups to come together for participatory discussion around a topic of shared interest:

Thirsty Thirsty reconnects Gitcoin House guests to the power of flavor & connection through a soulful wine party. TT and partner Rerenga Wines, voted 

 by Le Fooding in 2022, will curate a selection of festive, French summer wines. Light tasting prompts & wine info will be provided to stimulate conversation.

Fiowl, DAO member and lead of TT's Wine Cocoon tasting series in Amsterdam in 2022, will help pour. 

Film photos by Jainima will make the mementos. 

The gathering will be a respite from usual conference chaos, and a opportunity to bond in a meaningful way that reminds them they're in Paris.

After the success of this newly introduced format in Paris during EthCC week, we’re heading to Berlin Blockchain Week to partner with Other Internet, Radworks, Disco & Newforum for participatory sessions focused on web3 work and DAOs: contribution, governance, leadership and life cycles

Session 1: Decentralized Orgs & Governance Design with Abbey Titcomb & Shelby Steidl of Radworks 

Session 2: Identity & The DAO Contributor: Exploring the Role of Reputation in the Future of Work with Evin McMullen of Disco & Madvi of Newforum

Session 3: A DAO Death Ritual: Releasing & Remembering with Other Internet 

We will reflect, mourn and celebrate the life and death of DAOs no longer with us. There will be spells, sharing. and hopefully a cathartic release for us all. Followed by drinks.
