As promised, this is the second roll-up for our in-demand pricing workshop that was initially a full front-loaded $250 business course, yet, we made it completely free for our community members

My first year in business was go go go, all work no play. But I would still be losing money, I was using value-based pricing to charge a percentage of the value I bring to the clients, but it was leaving me dry at the end -

After getting frustrated with this situation, I worked out that I needed to change my business model, I worked with a business coach and we determined to charge per project, and each project would be profitable.

Long story short, 1 month after developing and using a method, I wasn't rich, didn't have a nice house or car. But I did have my first weekend in over a year, I went home Friday, and didn't think of work once until Monday.

I knew my clients were happy, projects were done, and I was well paid. All because I made sure I only worked on profitable projects.
