​On Deck's explorer events are curated, intimate gatherings of talented folks, all looking for their next thing.

We want this to be the best 'networking' event you've been to in years.

If you're interested in attending, please apply!

We look for people who are in the 'explorer' stage. Most of the attendees will be looking to move into a startup within the next three months, whether by founding one or joining one, will be coming off the back of a recent venture, or will have just made the leap to working full time on an idea.

As space is limited, we also screen for people with an entrepreneurial past or who have demonstrated exceptional contributions to previous companies or creative projects.

After spending 3 years in finance, Alex held senior roles for startups like Knotel and Fridge No More and consulted for large commercial real estate landlords. As a startup expert, Alex understands the challenges of navigating the built world for both products and offices.

Zachary started his career in boutique agencies and helped brands establish themselves in overcrowded spaces. At Hu Kitchen, he built the sales team as employee number two before it was purchased by Mondelez International. As the sole account executive at Codi in NYC, he brought on companies like Sharethrough, Juniper Health, and Airplane. Zach has a wealth of experience with hybrid workplace models that can benefit young and fast-growing companies in NYC.
