Drawing on our track record of delivering over 30 mentoring programs and supporting more than 3,000 women in resources, Metisphere is advancing its commitment to support women in leadership with a focused initiative for women aspiring to executive and C-suite roles in Resources.
Developed with insights from esteemed industry leaders, Metisphere’s Executive Women in Resources Leadership Mentoring Program is designed to address the significant gap in C-suite representation—an area that continues to lag behind other sectors.
Program Highlights:
Duration: 8-month tailored program from March to November 2025
Leadership Maturity Profile Psychometric: Gain insights into your leadership strengths
Executive Coaching: Two personalized one-on-one coaching sessions
Mentoring: Six one-on-one sessions with an elite industry mentor
Networking events: Launch and finale events, alignment training, Fireside Chats, and group coaching sessions
