What to Expect
In this 30-minute session, Alice will guide you through an introduction to yoga, covering meditation, breathwork, and foundational yoga postures. For the best experience, wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat available. This session is perfect for beginners and designed to offer a gentle entry into the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
Meet Alice
Alice is passionate about fostering deeper connections and achieving harmony across all areas of life - whether in business, nature, relationships, or within ourselves. At WorldStartup, she advocates for the importance of balance between feminine and masculine values (listen to the podcast here), work and wellbeing, as well as promoting diversity. Beyond her role at WorldStartup, Alice is a certified 200-hour YogaAlliance Vinyasa yoga teacher and teaches at several studios in The Hague.
