​FAQs

​Where is the pop-up store located?
Our pop-up store is located in Soho at 59 Greek St (W1D 3DZ)! We’re right next to Soho Square Gardens and less than a 5-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Station. It’s also just a 7-minute walk to Leicester Square and a 10-minute walk to Piccadilly Circus. SONAGI is on the -1 floor of the building.

​When are you open?
We are open for just four days—from November 28th to December 1st, from 10am to 7pm (6pm on the last day).

​Will I be able to buy stuff?
Yes! You will be able to browse and buy our entire range of Korean sheet masks, as well as some special new products we are flying in for this event only. We will also be selling our famous Christmas boxes at the event.

​I am already subscribed to SONAGI! How do I get my special gift?
Easy! Just come to the pop-up, go up to one of the SONAGI members of staff and tell them you are a subscriber – for example you could say “Hello! I am a SONAGI Subscriber and I am here for my gift please”.

​I want to make a day of it, can you recommend any Korean restaurants close to the pop-up?
Oh can we! Just ask us for our recs at the pop-up.
