We’ll hear from Felix Reda, Director at GitHub, who has been thinking deeply about what it means to maintain not just code, but entire ecosystems.
This session is open-ended and informal. It’s a chance for designers and maintainers to talk directly, share challenges, and reflect on the long game of open source and the role design plays in it.
