Kimmo Reina, Partner at Bird & Bird

Kimmo Reina is a partner specializing in corporate and venture capital investment transactions, with a strong focus on cross-border deals. With 21 years of experience, he advises especially technology startups and growth companies, as well as investors and acquirers, in financing rounds and exits. He holds a law degree from Finland and an LL.M. from Columbia University, and is a member of both the Finnish and New York State Bar Associations. Kimmo has been involved in many of Finland’s largest financing rounds.
