Overview： What is AI+DAOATHON?
AI+DAOATHON is a major Web3 event based on a 2-month study group and a 1-week hackathon, aimed at establishing and promoting DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations).
From the basics of "What is a DAO?" to "What is a joint-stock company DAO?", you can catch up on the cutting edge of DAOs, from fundamentals to applications.
The target levels range from super beginner to advanced.
1-hour talk sessions.
1-hour networking sessions (team building).
The contents will be archived on Youtube and note with English translations.
One location will be held in Kyoto (as a side event of IVS). Stay tuned!
Why should you participate?
By learning about the "DAO joint-stock company" method, which is different from a corporation, you can establish new business ideas.
You can collaborate with companies/major Japanese companies around the world and drive projects forward.
You can win a total prize of $30,000.
You have a high chance of pitching globally from Day 0.
Structure
Road to DAOATHON
From early June to late August, sessions will be held once a weekday.
To gradually maintain the enthusiasm and maximize the passion on the day of the event.
An educational period for non-Ethereum ecosystems that are not yet mainstream.
A period for builders to mature until they can compare and examine domestic and overseas DAO systems.
AI+DAOATHON: $30,000 total prize money/competition in 6 categories
The hackathon + pitchcon will be held from August 11th to August 17th.
The top 3 teams at the Demo Day on the 17th will compete in the final battle on the 29th.
Pitchcon Division
Build a business model using DAOs as a solution and aim to establish a joint-stock company DAO.
Build the infrastructure using tools like CharmVerse or Unyte.
Target
Teams with projects in large companies.
Groups who want to create projects in local regions.
Entrepreneurs who want to easily start a startup.
Hackathon Division
Build a Layer 1 version of Tally or Aragon using EVM-compatible or other chains.
Create new tools that realize on-chain governance on the target Layer 1 chain.
Target
Ethereum builders with achievements in other hackathons.
Teams with experience participating in non-Ethereum hackathons.
Builders around the world who want to participate in as many hackathons as possible.

AI+DAOATHONとは、DAO（自律分散型組織）の設立と普及を目的とした、２ヶ月の勉強会と1週間のハッカソンをベースとした一大Web3イベントである。
DAOとは？の基礎から合同会社型DAOとは？に至るまで、DAOの最前線を基礎から応用までキャッチアップできる。
対象レベルは超初級から上級までを設定。
1時間程度のトークセッション。
1時間程度の懇親会（チームビルディング）。
コンテンツはYoutubeならびにnoteでアーカイブを日英翻訳の上投稿。
１箇所は京都で開催（IVSのサイドイベントとして）。お楽しみに。

8月7日から8月20日まで行われるハッカソン＋ビジコン。
20日のデモデイにおける上位３チームは、WebXの会場にて開催される29日の最終決戦に出場。
ビジコン部門
ソリューションとしてDAOを用いたビジネスモデルを構築し、合同会社DAOの設立を目指す
CharmVerseやUnyteなどのツールを用いてインフラを構築する
対象
大企業でプロジェクトを持っているチーム
地方においてプロジェクト創生を行いたいグループ
起業家でスタートアップを手軽に立ち上げたいチーム
Hackathon部門
EVM互換またはそれ以外のチェーンを用いて、L1版のTallyやAragonを構築する
当該L1チェーンで、オンチェーン上のガバナンスを実現する新たなツールを生み出す

他のハッカソンで実績があるETHビルダー
ETH以外のハッカソンに出場した経験のあるチーム
できるだけ多くのハッカソンに出場したい世界中のビルダー
