The San José Climate Art Program invites its network members to a special tour of the California Indian Museum & Cultural Center (CIMCC) on Monday, March 3rd. Led by Nicole Myers-Lim, Executive Director (Pomo), and Jayden Lim, Youth Program Specialist (Pomo), this unique opportunity will provide insights into California Indian history, culture, and contemporary life. Attendees can expect a presentation on current museum projects followed by a tour of the exhibits, exploring topics such as California History, Indigenous Resilience, and Tribal Sovereignty. CIMCC is located at 5250 Aero Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 (https://cimcc.org/). Spaces are limited, so register early.

The San José Climate Art Program offers a series of tours, meetups, and workshops throughout Spring 2025, highlighting climate and environmental initiatives across the Bay Area. To learn more and get involved, please contact Devon Bella at devon.bella@sanjoseca.gov.
