​About Juneza Niyazi

​Juneza is an author, service designer and public speaker.

​Juneza has written the book "Navigating Service Design" in order to help people interested in transitioning to Service Design in India navigate that specific job market and cultre.

​Juneza is also a practising Service Design professional working in the Agritech space at Jiva, a company working on uplifting the livelihoods of 500 million smallholder farmers through digital and physical ecosystems.
Prior to Jiva, Juneza worked in Service Design roles at Matter and Accenture.

​Juneza is a community lover who shares in public her learnings and helps run the "Service Design Drinks India".
