Tamara is the founder of the ADHD Center of West Michigan, where she and her staff work with individuals with ADHD (and their families) to learn strategies and develop new skills to live effectively with ADHD. Dr. Rosier is also the president of the ADHD Coaches Organization. Her new book, "You, Me, and our ADHD Family" will be released in September 2024 and is packed with honest assessments of the challenges you face and practical strategies to help you focus on protecting and improving the relationships that matter most.
Amanda O'Brien, Shimmer ADHD Coach
Amanda entered the field of ADHD Coaching to help other parents and adults, struggling to understand their uniquely wired brains. Inspired by her young sons who were diagnosed with ADHD in elementary school, she set out to learn as much as she could about this misunderstood condition.
