About Event

[No late arrivals — this is a closed container, and the beginning is very important! We will start very soon after 6.]

What makes for conversations that crackle with joy and connection? When do you feel most empowered to speak from the heart and ask the questions that really matter?

If we listen lovingly, our bodies are always giving us plenty of information about what we want and need. Excitement and joy. Wonder and curiosity. Fear and avoidance. All of our feelings are beautifully intelligent signals.

These signals can be subtle, but they’re powerful guides for how we navigate conversation and connection. How do you know what you really want of out of an interaction? What would make you feel truly heard? How can you inquire about someone in a way that helps illuminate their experience?

In this workshop we’ll be exploring conversational and somatic tools toward curious, illuminating, juicy conversations. We play with how to have resonant, connected, and juicy conversations from a place of love and curiosity for all that arises. Even the tricky stuff we often don’t want to show.

Our hope is to share the joy of showing up to every conversation exactly as we are, with greater and greater understanding of what we need. We are curious and excited to discover what this looks like for you. In our experience, it helps us feel closer to and more present with others.

We’ll be setting ground rules at the beginning to build a supportive, safe container - and there will be plenty of opportunities to surface any concerns or questions you might arrive with. Bring a friend, or come alone to meet new ones!
