About Ruwan Fernando:
Ruwan is an accomplished Design executive and UX Director with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering innovation. With a diverse background across five countries, Ruwan has shipped globally recognized projects in AAA console and PC products, SaaS, Web3, gamification, and User-Generated Content platforms. His empathetic and culturally-informed leadership style makes him a reliable problem solver and trusted mentor.

​​About Trevor Alexander:
Trevor brings over 18 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a proven track record in building and selling start-ups. His experience spans roles as a Product Designer, Design Lead, and Director of Product. Trevor recently authored the book "An Ugly Design Career", where he shares unconventional strategies that have helped him shape his successful career, including as “Design Through Ambiguity”, “The Best Isn’t Always The Best”and “Developers Get You More Work Than Other Designers.”
