We’re bringing the Neighborhood together for the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Block Party on Central Ave in South Central LA, presented in partnership with Council District 9, the City of Los Angeles, and legendary LA rapper MURS. This is more than a concert — it’s a celebration of Black and Brown unity, freedom, culture, community joy, and legacy.\
Why Juneteenth?
Juneteenth celebrates the end of slavery in the US, honoring freedom and the ongoing fight for justice and equality. We stand with our black and brown community , & all our immigrant neighbors. We are raising funds for immigrants rights advocacy and defense in Los Angeles + independent journalism. Supporting LA Public Press, LA Taco, and CHiRLA
