Food Rescue @ Zhenghua

​Zhenghua Food Rescue is a weekly initiative that reduces food waste while supporting families in need within the community. By partnering with local markets, hawkers, and food vendors, volunteers collect surplus—but still perfectly edible—food and redistribute it to those who need it most.

​This effort not only addresses food insecurity but also promotes sustainability and responsible consumption. By rescuing food that would otherwise go to waste, Zhenghua Food Rescue fosters a more compassionate and environmentally conscious community.
