Leyonna Barba, Managing Director, J.P. Morgan

Leyonna is the head of the Internet sector within Innovation Economy banking team within the Commercial Bank.  Advising clients at every stage in their growth profile, early to late stage, Leyonna is a skilled professional in an array of solutions ranging from operational optimizations, cash management, international growth and debt financing. Leyonna was named to Crain’s New York Business’ 2022 Notable Diverse Leaders in Banking & Finance.

Marshall Porter, General Partner, AlleyCorp

Marshall, who leads the Diversified Technology vertical at AlleyCorp, focuses on early stage investments and incubations across consumer and enterprise technology, which includes focuses in marketplaces, ecommerce, SaaS, nano and materials science, AI and more.

Elena Zislin, Managing Director, J.P. Morgan

Elena is a Managing Director and Partner for J.P. Morgan Technology Ventures focusing on high-growth tech investments since 2021. Elena started her career here in the Investment banking Technology, Media, and Telecom Group, and spent 12 years on the Global Technology Strategy, Innovation & Partnerships team, most recently as a Managing Director. She has extensive experience driving cloud and infrastructure technology strategy in the areas of compute, storage, private & public cloud computing, end-user computing (mobile, virtual desktop, unified communication), security, and wholesale fintech.

Karen Rios, Executive Director, J.P. Morgan

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Karen was the founder and CEO of Lifesaver, a Techstars, Morgan Stanley, and Barclays backed fintech startup.  She now is the head of the New York Metro Startup Banking Team within the Innovation Economy group of the Commercial Bank.  As a previous fintech founder herself, Karen has a deep knowledge in the startup and venture capital ecosystem.  Karen has a wide range of expertise in the financial technology sector alongside a passion in the markets, macroeconomic environment, and founder community.
