She joined Arize AI, an ML observability platform, as Eng hire #3 in 2020.
It is her keen understanding of the potential negative impact of AI on underrepresented communities that led her to champion Arize AI’s bold mission of ensuring ethical AI deployment. As a founding team member, Tsion strives to shape a future where AI is accountable, fair, and ethical.
Tsion's dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors; she is passionate about STEM education and advocates for diversity in the tech sector, drawing from her own experiences as a first-generation woman-of-color in the industry. Her insights and expertise have garnered recognition in publications such as Forbes, Careers with Code, the Root, and Web Summit. Tsion is also a sought-after speaker, lending her voice to numerous panels at Google and universities nationwide, where she shares invaluable insights on engineering leadership.
