Q: Are group tickets available?
A: Group tickets are for two people—a guy and a girl attending together. You must bring a plus one of the opposite sex to use this ticket. Guests who arrive without an opposite-sex guest will be turned away at the door with no refund.
Q: What if I can’t find a guest?
A: Try asking a friend-of-a-friend, coworker, or classmate—someone kind and open to meeting new people. Just no strangers or last-minute dates, please. We aim to create a safe and intentional environment for everyone.
Q: What age range is this event for?
A: Ages mid 20s -late 30s. We aim to create social synergy with overlapping life stages.
Q: What kind of matches are these?
A: Platonic only! This is a friendship-first event focused on shared interests and social vibes. (Check our calendar for romantic Matchbox events!)
Q: Can I still attend if I’m not a member?
A: Yes! Non-members can purchase a single or group ticket. But members get free entry, free drinks, and tons of extra perks—join here.
Q: Refunds?
A: All sales are final unless there is bad weather or unforeseen circumstances caused by the event host.
Q: Will there be photos or videos?
A: Possibly! By attending, you agree to being photographed or recorded for Flatiron Social & Matchbox promo purposes.
