​This month we are having 3 guest speakers share about different strategies they have used to purchase real estate this year!

​Kris Bucci and his wife Sari, whom many of you already know, recently acquired a dream lake home through a unique strategy called a vendor take back. 

​In this deal, they negotiated a 2-year interest-only payment on a lake house that has great value-add upside and the potential for some big short-term rental income!

​Kyle Ford is going to be discussing a very interesting topic! He purchased a 10-unit apartment building with a BRRRR strategy. One of the biggest challenges in any multifamily BRRRR is tenant turnover.

​Kyle is going to talk about how he was able to successfully buy-out the tenants without concern of damaging the property or, more importantly, his reputation.

​Donna Cook is an RTO (rent to own) expert and is going to walk us through the details investors need to know about setting up and running a profitable RTO investment business. A few questions I'm thinking of asking are:  Should it be tenant first or property first?  How to get paid more as the facilitator? What are the biggest risks and how to mitigate them?  How is the agreement different than a standard JV?  What's the best way to select the right tenants?  How do you agree on the future purchase price?
