About Event

Artificial intelligence today is driven primarily by machine learning based on synthesizing vast corpuses of gathered data. This data started with text and static images, and now is expanding to including all other kinds of data, including 3D models and film.

Resolving disputes over the proper use of these data corpuses—is people's content being stolen? and the monetization of the output, should people whose work helped train modern AI outputs be rewarded? —is now central to the debate on AI's future.

This event, led by world-experts in artificial intelligence, machine learning and neural networks, explores the history of AI's use of the corpus-based training that drives it—and offers an outlook on how the use of content corpuses to drive machine-learning will evolve going forward, with a view to supporting both owners of content and developers of AI tools.

Everyone building businesses around AI, ML, neural architectures, including data and tooling for these technologies, or studying and experimenting with how to leverage them for work—or avoid being disrupted by them—is welcome to attend, learn, and participate. The event is free to attend, but registration is required.
