This isn’t your average cocktail class. Set inside the iconic Sora 45, one of Montréal’s highest bars, which will be closed to the public that night. This intimate event (only 12–16 guests) is your chance to dive deep into the craft and culture of French mixology while practicing your French in a warm, welcoming environment.
Whether you're fluent or just starting out, you'll walk away with new vocabulary, refined skills, a broader network and a few signature recipes under your belt.

Exclusive Venue: Sora 45 opens its doors just for us. 45 floors up, stunning views, and closed to the public for a private, ultra-intimate experience.
Expert-Led Mixology: Learn from some of Montréal’s top mixologists from elite bars. You’ll make one of their signature complex cocktails, and a custom creation designed just for our group.

Louis Nobileau brings 6 year of expertise from some of Montréal’s most iconic cocktail destinations. Known for his creative edge and deep knowledge of French spirits, they’ll guide you through a truly refined and immersive experience in both mixology and cultural storytelling.
