GTM Hacker Hours: Building AI Use Cases in CRM Using Zapier
Tired of all the theoretical talk about AI in RevOps and GTM? Yeah, us too. We hear you. That’s why we’re launching GTM Hacker Hours – a series of virtual coworking sessions where we get hands-on with AI tools and no-code platforms to uncover tangible use cases for your business.
Here’s the scoop on our first session:
We're getting our hands dirty by building Zaps (using Zapier) between the CRM ( HubSpot / Salesforce) and Open AI (ChatGPT) to tackle some cool use cases:
Structure the Unstructured data: We'll sort those open text fields into categories that will make reporting easier
Sentiment Analysis: We will let ChatGPT analyze sentiment from your customer communication – are they thrilled, disappointed, or indifferent?
Personalization at Scale: We will figure out how to leverage CRM data with Open AI to craft personalized email
And that's just scratching the surface.
