Join us for a full day dedicated to the intersection of creative tech and diaspora communities. Starting with a hands-on workshop, you’ll team up with innovators to co-design new models for community-building, blending governance and the arts in exciting ways. Dive into interactive sessions where immersive tech like VR and NFTs will help bring your visions to life, inspired by the humor and wisdom of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

​Morning & Afternoon:

• ​9:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Hackathon Kickoff
  Begin the day with team-based explorations of diaspora community-building through dynamic tools and creative methods. Demos and pop-up sessions will offer insights into unique community challenges, especially for Greek Cypriot, Belarusian, and nomadic diasporas.

• ​Workshop Highlights:

  • ​Creative Design Sprints: Shape ideas with collaborative tools to envision future-focused community prototypes.

• ​Exploring Diaspora Through Fiction & Technology
  Discover how fiction and tech can reframe community stories. Enjoy VR demos, artistic explorations, and a Comic-Con-style session that will inspire and engage. Stay for a themed networking session, set in VR spaces, where creative ideas flow and connections happen.
