9.00 am - Doors Open
🧘♀️ 9:30 am - Guided Meditation - Start the day with a session to center your mind and set a positive tone.
🍏 12:30 pm - Brunch - Connect with others while savoring healthy food, ideal for recharging your strength.
🧘♂️ 5:00 pm - Basic Yoga with Breathing Exercises - Unwind with gentle movement that aligns your body and mind.
🌿 6:00 pm - Sauna: Finish the day by relaxing in the sauna and revitalizing your body (please bring your own towel).
7:00 pm - Doors Close

🫂 Meet Your Facilitator - Emma Guardans (IG @emmaguardans)
Hey! I’m Emma, and I’ve been teaching yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises) since 2021. My journey has taken me across Bali, Mexico, Barcelona, Marbella, and Germany, where I’ve combined hospitality with wellness.
My purpose is to create a supportive community and provide wellness tools that help balance both body and mind.
All levels welcome—no prior experience needed. Just show up and meet yourself on the mat.
