Natalia Kowaleczko (Founder @ Pact Studio): Natalia is the founder and creative lead at PACT.studio, a creative practice dedicated to building brands that advance sustainability, knowledge, and culture. PACT collaborates with forward-thinking founders to explore deeply, challenge conventions, and unleash ideas that create differentiation, recognition, and meaningful impact.

With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of branding, design, advertising, and experiential design, her career includes collaborations with Wolff Olins and VSA Partners, a stint as partner & creative director at Play SF, and leadership as VP Design Director at Leo Burnett's Department of Design. She has shaped brands including Field Museum, The Art Institute of Chicago, Samsung, Google, and numerous entrepreneurial ventures across diverse industries.

Vivien Sin (Founder @ The Third Place): Vivien Sin is the founder of The Third Place, a venture-backed startup that helps restaurants and local organizations harness their community for new, recurring streams of revenue. The Third Place has helped hundreds of local businesses become more financially resilient in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Hong Kong, and Australia. 

Prior to that, she was an oil-painter and has exhibited in Chicago, Burgundy, New York, Hong Kong, and San Francisco, as well as dabbled in corporate jobs as a product manager and a data scientist at LinkedIn and The Meet Group, respectively.

Allison Fillice (Coach, illustrator, podcast host): Allison Filice is a coach, illustrator, and mom to two young children based in San Francisco, California. She has worked with clients including The New York Times, The New Yorker, Bandcamp, Nautilus magazine, New Scientist magazine and more. She is the creator of The Journey oracle deck, as well as the host of the Friendly Unknown podcast. Her most recent explorations are at the crossroads of creativity, spirituality and psychology.
